Pacific Spirit Pilates offers Pilates for Strength Training and Clinical Pilates for muscle imbalances, pre-existing injuries and posture correction.

We suggest beginners and those new to the studio take five private sessions to get acquainted with Pacific Spirit Pilates method.

You will start with learning the Fundamentals of Pilates in order to gain knowledge and understanding of technique.

During these classes, any necessary modifications will be made to accommodate any physical limitations you may have.

For Clinical Pilates clients, we may suggest a Posture and Gait Assessment. We work with your physiotherapists and other medical practitioners for post rehabilitation exercise. Bring your medical tests to your first appointment.

At the conclusion of your introductory sessions, you may continue with private sessions or join a duet or small group class if appropriate.

We also offer duet sessions for beginners. These classes are appropriate for students not requiring clinical attention. Duets are a cost-effective way to learn Pilates with a spouse, family member or friend.

We are located at the corner of Willow and West Broadway. The entrance to the parking lot and building is on Willow St. and is accessible from West 10th and West Broadway. In addition, there some free 2 hour parking spots, metered parking and numerous parking lots in the area.

We suggest wearing comfortable exercise clothing which allow you to move freely.

In winter, we suggest sticky socks or toe socks which have a special grip. Bare feet are ok too.

Please bring a completed copy of all forms and waivers to your first session. You may also complete them at the studio prior to your first session. Completed forms may be printed off, or use the form below to submit via email.
