Personally Designed Programs

After completion of your Posture and Gait analysis, you will start by learning the Fundamentals of Pilates. Your sessions will include training on reformer, cadillac and mat utilizing small apparatus such as the Pilates roller, circle, rotating discs, therabands and balls. Your program will be designed for you personally to:

Our goal is for you to progress from exercise therapy (Clinical Pilates) to maintenance exercise and ultimately to teach you self-management. You can then continue with private sessions, duet or group classes and maintain your lifestyle change.
