Join Yvonne Bray and Jonathan Freeman MD to review the common causes of acute and chronic disability, including back pain and arthritis, the preventative measures and treatment options available and how clinical Pilates can help form the basis of rehabilitation. A talk will be followed by a demonstration and participation in Pilates exercises and a Q&A session to address any questions. (Bring a mat if you would like to join in).
